DollarsandCommonCents Blog Discussion Policy

The DollarsandCommonCents blog is intended to generate discussion about financial and other life issues.  We want to foster an honest, friendly and spirited conversation.  While disagreement is acceptable, critical, disrespectful and offense comments are not. 

In the discourse of ideas, opinions and thoughts may offend your way of thinking, but there is a difference between criticizing an idea and criticizing a person.  Anything containing profanity, sexually graphic, offensive language, personal attacks and so forth will be deleted.  We will not permit any harassing, threatening, racist, abusive, hateful, violent or obscene language, behaviors or suggestions. 

Be advised that:

  1. Any suggestion, encouragement or participation of any illegal activity will be immediately deleted and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  2. Any articles, news reports, or other copyrighted material included in the posts must be with the permission of the relevant copyright owners.
  3. Spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, junk mail or URL’s for such sites will be deleted.
  4. No commercial advertising or solicitation is allowed.

The adminstration of the DollarsandCommonCents Comment Policy is to be administered completely within the authority and absolute discretion of the host of this blog.  If you have any comments, questions or complaints regarding any of the content posted or removed from this blog, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
